Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the Tommy's Hot Tubs Rental Agreement and applies to all renters.

  • Full Refund (100%):

    • Cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the scheduled event/first rental date are eligible for a full deposit refund.

  • Partial Refund (50%):

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event/first rental date are eligible for a 50% deposit refund.

  • No Refund (0%):

    • No deposit refund will be provided for cancellations made under 14 days of the scheduled event/first rental date.

  • Notification of Cancellation:

    • The Renter must notify Tommy's Hot Tubs of any cancellation in writing (email or official correspondence).

  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

 

By signing the Tommy's Hot Tubs Rental Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Cancellation Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in forfeiture of the rental fee in accordance with the specified refund percentages.

bad weather Policy

 

This Bad Weather Policy is an integral part of the Tommy's Hot Tubs Rental Agreement and applies to all renters.

  • Rescheduling Due to Bad Weather:

    • Tommy's Hot Tubs reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for the safe setup and use of rented equipment.

  • Definition of Bad Weather:

    • Bad weather includes, but is not limited to, heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, hail, extreme temperatures, or any other conditions that may pose a risk to the safety of individuals or damage to the rented equipment.

  • Rescheduling Process:

    • In cases where bad weather is anticipated or occurs on the event date or the first set-up date, Tommy's Hot Tubs may, at its discretion, offer the option to reschedule the rental to an alternative date.

  • Rescheduling Fee:

    • The rescheduling of the rental due to bad weather will be done free of charge, provided there is an available alternative date.

  • Notification of Rescheduling:

    • The Renter must notify Tommy's Hot Tubs as soon as possible if bad weather conditions are anticipated or occur. Tommy's Hot Tubs will work collaboratively with the Renter to determine the best course of action.

  • Safety Considerations:

    • The safety of individuals and the protection of equipment are of paramount importance. Tommy's Hot Tubs reserves the right to make decisions based on safety considerations.

By signing the Tommy's Hot Tubs Rental Agreement, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms of this Bad Weather Policy. Tommy's Hot Tubs will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests due to bad weather conditions.

deposit Policy

 

Tommy's Hot Tubs requires a 20% deposit upon booking, the remaining 80% is due upon completion of the set up. Payments can be made via debit card, credit card or electronic transfers.
