frequently asked questions
Is there training?
Our hot tub installers will provide training on proper use and maintenance of the hot tub. The team will be available 24/7 for customer support.
what chemicals are used?
Your hot tub installer will balance the water and leave you with bromine tablets and pool shock. Bromine is less harsh on sensitive skill than chlorine.
is the hot tub clean?
Yes! We have strict cleaning policies on all our hot tubs; even before Covid, hygiene has always been paramount. After each hire, a thorough deep clean is carried out where we replace the filter and deep clean the entire internal and external shell.
what do i need?
All you need is an outdoor water source and electrical outlet. We will bring a hose, skimmer, pump, filters, chemicals and everything else you'll need to enjoy and maintain the tub.
How long does it take to heat?
From cold, our hot tubs can take up to 48 hours to get up to your desired temperature. You can expect up to
1 °C per hour. We advise booking the tub at least 2 full day in advance.
who handles pick up?
We request that the hot tub is fully drained for pick up. Instruction on how to do this will be given. The tub takes around 90 minutes to fully drain. A fee may be incurred if our hot tub guru has to drain the tub and wait.
Where can i put it?
The hot tub requires at least 2.5m x 2.5m of space. Hard tubs must be rolled in and require the open space to do so. Soft tubs can be put into more difficult areas.
We recommend installing it on hard flat ground, grass is also fine. Secured decks can withstand the weight of the filled hot tub, but we do not recommend it, unless you are sure it is reinforced.
CAN I HIRE A HOT TUB FOR ONE NIGHT?
With the time it takes to install a tub and the fact that we cover such a vast area, shorter hires are less feasible for us. Our minimum hire is three nights for soft tubs and 1 week for hard tubs. These are our most popular rental lengths, as it allows you to enjoy the full experience!
